Welcome to TrailerMade RV. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
TrailerMade RV (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates a mobile-based handmade goods business specializing in laser-engraved items, custom-printed apparel, and travel-inspired products. These Terms govern your use of our website, purchases, and interactions with our services.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Custom Orders & Deposits
For custom or personalized goods:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering.

• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to production beginning.

• Production will not begin until the full balance is paid.

• Custom orders include any items featuring personalized names, dates, logos, artwork, measurements, or one-off designs.

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may delay production or result in cancellation at our discretion.
Custom orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery (see Refund Policy).
3. Custom Samples
Custom samples may be requested for most products. Please note:

• Samples are provided at fair market rate.

• Turnaround time for samples is a minimum of 2 weeks.

• Samples are not personalized.

• Shipping charges may apply.

Sample fees are not applied toward the final order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Product Descriptions & Handmade Variations
All items are handcrafted in our traveling workshop. Variations in color, grain, texture, or finish are normal and part of the handmade process.
We strive for accuracy in descriptions, photos, and listings, but slight variations may occur.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
We accept major payment methods supported through our Wix checkout system.
Orders will not be processed until valid payment is received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, location, weather conditions, or RV travel schedules.
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, TrailerMade RV is no longer responsible for transit issues. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.

• Eligible non-custom products must follow our Refund Policy and require the original item to be returned before a refund is issued.

• Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 14 days with photos.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including images, product designs, graphics, logos, brand names, text, and digital assets—is the sole property of TrailerMade RV unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content or designs without express written permission.
9. User Responsibilities
When using our site, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Attempt to access secure areas without authorization

• Upload harmful code or interfere with site functionality

• Use our website for fraudulent or misleading purposes

We reserve the right to cancel orders or block users for suspected misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
TrailerMade RV is not liable for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse of products

• Losses due to user error

• Interruptions or inaccuracies caused by third-party apps, hosting, or integrations (including Wix Studio)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including analytics, cookies, transactional info, and communication preferences.
