SHIPPING POLICY

TrailerMade RV ships all handcrafted and custom-made products with care from our mobile workshop. Please review the following policies to understand how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Times
Processing time refers to the time it takes to create, prepare, and package your order before it ships.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Processing times vary based on design complexity and production schedules.

Custom items may require additional approval steps (proofs, mockups, color confirmations).

Processing begins only after full payment is received, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Ready-Made Items

Ships within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Payment Requirements for Shipping
To ensure accuracy and protect both parties:

Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Orders will not ship until the full balance is cleared.

If a partial payment or deposit was allowed for a custom order, the remaining balance must be paid before production begins and before shipping.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options will be shown at checkout or provided on your invoice.
Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipment confirmation email

Tracking information (if available for that service)
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Delays
TrailerMade RV is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
-
Carrier issues
-
Incorrect shipping addresses
-
Customs delays
-
Acts of nature
-
High holiday volumes
We will always assist in tracking your package, but delivery timelines are outside our control once the carrier has accepted the package.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, TrailerMade RV is no longer responsible for the package.
If a package is lost or missing:

Customers must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We will provide documentation needed to assist with claims.
We recommend shipping to secure addresses and monitoring tracking updates.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
-
Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
After review, we may offer a replacement or resolution based on the situation.
Custom items damaged during shipping will be replaced using the original design only.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The order will ship again only after the additional shipping fee is paid.
8. International Shipping
At this time, TrailerMade RV may limit or restrict international shipping depending on location, materials, or carrier availability. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Combined Orders
Multiple orders may be shipped separately depending on size, materials, or production timelines.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
TrailerMade RV reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in operations, shipping carriers, or legal requirements.
