REFUND POLICY

TrailerMade RV produces handcrafted goods, custom laser-engraved products, and custom-printed apparel. Due to the personalized nature of our work, the following policy applies.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom items are non-refundable.
This includes:

• Laser-engraved goods

• Custom apparel

• Personalized gifts

• Items made to order

• Bulk or wholesale custom projects

Custom items may only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Deposits on Custom Orders

• A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or design work has begun.

• Final payment is due 2 weeks before production begins.

3. Refund Eligibility for Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for a refund if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery

• The original item is returned in unused condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
4. Damage or Defect Claims
If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 14 days

2. Provide clear photos of the damage

3. Keep all original packaging

4. Once approved, return the item for inspection

A replacement or refund will be issued only after the original item is returned and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Samples

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for packages lost due to:

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Missing apartment/lot number

• Non-claim by customer

Re-shipping fees will apply.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in:

• Suspension of future orders

• Additional fees for time, materials, and processing

• Submission of documentation to the payment processor proving fulfillment
